FLAMENCO DANS v. Margit Ingtoft
Som flamencodanser er man både musiker og danser på samme tid, hvilket er udfordrende for krop og sjæl. Efter en opvarmning, skal vi på begynderholdet introduceres til flamencodansen bevægelsesmønstre; teknikker med zapateado (fodtrin) og brazeo (armbevægelser) og rytmiske figurer med palmas (håndklap) og små forløb. På holdet for begynder-betøvede skal vi derudover også introduceres til teknikker med viften som redskab, og vi afslutter timen med et par Sevillanastrin. Medbring din egen vifte eller køb en vifte ved kursusstart. Medbring: træningstøj, kraftige sko med hæl, samt en nederdel med vidde. Alle er velkomne. Start evt med en prøvetime.

FLAMENCO DANCE with Margit Ingtoft
As a flamenco dancer, you are both musician and dancer at the same time, which challenges both body and soul. After a warm-up, beginners will be introduced to the fundamental movement patterns of flamenco dance: techniques such as zapateado (footwork) and braceo (arm movements), as well as rhythmic patterns using palmas (hand clapping) and short choreographic sequences.In the advanced beginners’ class, participants will additionally be introduced to fan technique as a dance prop, and the class will conclude with a few steps from Sevillanas.Please bring your own fan or purchase one at the start of the course.
Bring: comfortable training clothes, sturdy shoes with heels, and a full, flared skirt.
Everyone is welcome. You are welcome to start with a trial class.Vintage and new skirts, fans, and accessories are available for purchase in connection with the class, immediately before or after the session.

BAILE FLAMENCA con Margit Ingtoft
Como bailaor/a de flamenco, se es músico y bailarín al mismo tiempo, lo que supone un reto tanto para el cuerpo como para el alma. Tras un calentamiento, el grupo de nivel iniciación será introducido en los patrones fundamentales del movimiento en la danza flamenca: técnicas como el zapateado (trabajo de pies) y el braceo (movimientos de brazos), así como patrones rítmicos con palmas (palmadas) y pequeñas secuencias coreográficas. En el grupo de iniciación avanzada, además, se trabajará la técnica del abanico como elemento coreográfico, y la clase finalizará con algunos pasos de sevillanas. Por favor, trae tu propio abanico o adquiere uno al inicio del curso. Traer: ropa cómoda de entrenamiento, zapatos resistentes con tacón y una falda amplia y con vuelo. Todas las personas son bienvenidas. Es posible comenzar con una clase de prueba.Se pondrán a la venta faldas vintage y nuevas, abanicos y otros accesorios en relación con la clase, justo antes o después de la sesión.

Margit Ingtoft, danser, leder af Atelier Flamenco og cand.mag. i moderne kultur. Margit har danset flamenco siden 1983 hos nogle af de største flamncodansere som Carmen Cortés, Merche Esmeralda og Manolete m.fl. Margit har koreograferet til Søren Østergaards Zirkus Nemo, Hamlet på Kronborg og til Det Kongelige Teaters Operaelever. Margit har blandt andet arbejdet sammen med Rogelio de Badajoz, Martin Rune Ransborg, Maria Scalvini m fl. Margit er initivtager til Copenhagen Flamenco Festival og er i gang med at skrive en bog om flamenco. Margit Ingtoft, dancer, artistic director of Atelier Flamenco, and holds an MA (Cand.mag.) in Modern Culture. Margit has been dancing flamenco since 1983, studying with some of the most renowned flamenco dancers, including Carmen Cortés, Merche Esmeralda, Manolete, among others. Margit has choreographed for Søren Østergaard’s Zirkus Nemo, Hamlet at Kronborg Castle, and for the Opera Academy of the Royal Danish Theatre. Margit has collaborated with artists such as Rogelio de Badajoz, Martin Rune Ransborg, Maria Scalvini, and others. Margit is the initiator of the Copenhagen Flamenco Festival and is currently working on a book about flamenco. Margit baila flamenco desde 1983 y se ha formado con algunos de los más reconocidos bailaores y bailaoras del flamenco, entre ellos Carmen Cortés, Merche Esmeralda, Manolete y El Grilo entre otros. Ha realizado coreografías para Zirkus Nemo de Søren Østergaard, Hamlet en el Castillo de Kronborg y para la Academia de Ópera del Teatro Real Danés.
